Dear Parents
Greetings!

As per the health guidelines issued by the office of the Civil Surgeon, Panchkula, National Deworming Day will be observed in school for the students, on Tuesday, April 21, 2026.

We request you to kindly provide your consent through the Google Form shared below, latest by 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, 15th April, 2026, if you wish your ward to be administered the deworming dose in school.

This is to inform you regarding 16th Panchkula District Chess Championship 2026-27.

▪️ Age group

U-17 (01-01-2009)


 Last date for submitting the names for participation to class incharges - 13.04.2026


2.Venue - St. Teresa Convent School, Sector 25, Panchkula (Boys and girls)


▪️ Age group- 

U-7 (01-01-2019)

U-11 (01-01-2015)

U-15 (01-01-2011)

U-19 (01-01-2007)


▪️ Last date for submitting the names for participation to class incharges - 23.04.2026


▪️ Entry fee- Rs. 500/- Per Player


▪️ Participants are required to carry their own Chess Clocks, Board & Pieces to the venue.


▪️ Interested students must submit their names to their class in-charges by the above-mentioned dates so that the registration process can be completed within the stipulated time.

For Classes I to X and XII


Dear Parents

Greetings from Doon!


Since the new academic session 2026–27, for the classes I to IX, and the continued session for the classes X & XII (with revised timings),  commences w.e.f. tomorrow, 07.04.26; Tuesday,

Kindly take note of some important points:


▪️The school shall be following the summer timings from tomorrow i.e.


▶️ 8:00 am to 2:20 pm

for (Classes III–X)


▶️ 8:00 am to 1:00 pm

for (Classes I, II & XII)


▪️Students must report to school in proper Summer School uniform at 7:50 a.m. However, newly admitted students, who are unable to procure the correct uniform size, may attend school in decent casuals until their uniform is arranged.


▪️*Hair & Grooming Guidelines* must be adhered to from the very first day of the school.


▶️ Boys are required to maintain a neat and uniform scissor cut from all sides.


▶️ Girls must keep their hair neatly tied, with fringes properly pinned.


Girls of Classes I to X must wear two plaits, and girls of Classes XI & XII must wear a single plait, using the prescribed colour satin ribbons.

Ponytails are not permitted.


▪️The process of shuffling of students has been carried out in classes VI to IX on the basis of their third language and skill subjects.

Also, due to excessive strength in some classes, sections have been increased and students have been divided accordingly.

Hence, your cooperation is solicited regarding this decision, and no requests for changes in the sections will be entertained.

▪️As per the school policy, transport for the newly availing transport  students shall begin from the afternoon tomorrow (07.04.26), after meeting the transport incharge and completing all the prerequisites.

Parents are requested to drop their ward in the morning tomorrow (07.04.26) and meet the transport incharge, Ms. Prerna Sharma, in the kindergarten wing – Buds n Blooms, for completing the pre- requisites, if not completed before.


▪️Transport for the students already availing school transport, shall ply as usual from the morning tomorrow (07.04.26). 


NOTE: Those who have not yet procured the School Chronicle and Planner are requested to procure it from the Accounts Office at the earliest.

▪️ We are pleased to invite the Parents of Classes III to IX for a 'Meet n Greet' Session with the teachers of your ward tomorrow i.e. on Saturday, 04.04.2026.


▶️ Timings: 9:00 a.m to 10:00 a.m


▪️ Kindly be punctual for the timings of Meet n Greet as the session shall close sharp at 10, due to CBSE examination on the campus.


▪️This interaction aims to help you become familiar with the teachers, understand the academic expectations, and ensure a smooth and confident start for your child before the new session commences on 07.04.2026.

ORIENTATION POSTPONED 

Classes Kindergarten to II


Dear Parents

Greetings!


This is to apprise you that-


▪️As we received a limited number of responses this time, the Orientation Programme scheduled for the Classes I & II (Saturday; 04.04.26), as well as for the Kindergarten Classes (Monday; 06.04.26), both stand cancelled for the time being.

Orientation Programme has however been postponed and new date shall be intimated soon.


Instead, there will be a general 'Meet n Greet' session with the teachers, scheduled for tomorrow, Saturday; 04.04.26, for all the parents.


▶️ Timings for 'Meet n Greet'


9:00 a.m to 10:00 a.m


▪️ Kindly be punctual about reaching for the 'Meet n Greet' tomorrow, as the session shall close sharp at 10, due to CBSE examination on the campus.


▪️The revised dates for the Orientation Programme will be shared soon along with a fresh Google consent form.


▪️We believe it is important to ensure maximum participation, as this session is highly valuable for understanding your child’s learning journey and school expectations.
